The paintings of Arlen Perkins Withey will now be available exclusively from her home gallery at 730 Lick St. Groton NY

After more than 20 years we are retiring from the summer festivals. The gallery is open any time by appointment for your convenience, and for the first time we will be holding receptions at the gallery.
